The 3100W48-US4 from Adams Rite is a fire-rated single top vertical rod exit device for wood doors in satin brass. The 3100 series Exit Device has patented top latching mechanism that interlocks the door to frame with strong and durable construction for a high level of security. It is clean with unobtrusive design and is very easy to install. It also has adjustable steel rods protected in contoured covers.
