The EDH5210W from EverFocus is a HD CCTV 1080p Indoor 3-Axis Dome Camera that features day / night capability. Based on a 1/2.8” Sony 2.43 Mp progressive scan sensor and varifocal 3.6 to 16mm Mp lens for HD 1080p resolution digital images, this camera delivers good quality video footage. It not only captures critical evidentiary information, but the inherent ability for Megapixel video also extends the area of coverage, expedites completion of investigations and resolves complaints. Designed with SENS-UP up to 8x low light enhancement technology, this Dome Camera can capture color images in very low light without ghosting. Not only that, it can automatically switch to monochrome mode in low light environments. This imaging system also incorporates various optical enhancement technologies. For example, Lens Shading Correction eliminates artificial shadows caused by attenuation of light as it traverses the outer portions of the lens. The Digital Slow Shutter Light Enhancement technology combines with 3D DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) to maximize image clarity while conserving DVR disk storage space.
Its digital WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) handles challenging lighting conditions, while its digital zoom with electronic PTZ (Pan / Tilt / Zoom) is used to fine tune the field of view. The HSBLC (Highlight Suppression) handles imbalance due to bright spots in the scene, image flip / rotate, and much more. To deploy this technology, no major upgrade to your existing IT network is required. This HD CCTV camera can communicate at digital speeds up to 1.5 Gb/s over a coaxial cable (RG59 or other types for longer distances), using industry standard BNC connectors. With its NTSC / analog secondary output to allow convenient aim and focus using a standard hand-held test monitor, full OSD (On-Screen Display) controls, 3-axis positioning and 94° wide horizontal viewing angle Megapixel lens, this camera delivers flexible and robust coverage in a wide range of low light surveillance applications while delivering good HD image quality.
