The C1174PL from KJB is a neck Tie with 700 TVL covert camera concealed color camera for discreet video surveillance. The low-light CCD camera hidden in the tie can be paired with a pocket-sized DVR (available separately) for an entirely self-contained DIY covert video recording system. This unit requires a DVR to record video.
