The 4066-01-313 from Adams Rite is a thumbturn cylinder for MS lock, 4900 deadlatches, 2190 in dark bronze anodized. The 4066 Series Thumbturn Cylinder operates locks or latches without a key. It interchanges with standard 1-5/32″ diameter thumbturn cylinder.
