4 Output Access Power Controller Module – Converts one (1) 12 to 24 volt AC or DC input into four (4) fused power outputs, individually selectable Fail-Safe/Fail-Secure outputs or dry form “C” contacts, fire alarm disconnect is selectable by output, enclosure. 8″H x 7.25″W x 3.5″D, UL Listed, cUL Listed.
