Description
The American Fibertek 46-PoE-HP Series transmits and receives (2) copper10/100 Base-T Ethernet signals at theRJ45ports and (1) optical 100 Base-FXover 1 or2 multimodefibers. The system is comprised of two unit sforming a point-to-point communications link.The 46-PoE-HP Series also sources up to 60 Watts of powerto an Ethernet powereddevice (PD) from one RJ45 port. The power iscarried overall 4 pairs of theEthernet cable.However,it is required that the PD have independent discoveryand classification interfaces forboth the data pairandthe spare pair of the Ethernet cable.
