The 2GIG-F1-345 from Linear is a Personal Help Button & Fall Detection Pendant, 345 MHz. The Personal Help Button—Fall Detector Pendant (2GIG-F1-345) (“the Pendant”) is a battery-powered pendant style transmitter, designed for use with the provided companion panel or console (the “Console”) (the Pendant and Console/Panel are referred to as the “System”). Through the use of an accelerometer, the Pendant works to detect movement and body positioning consistent with a fall, and to signal the Console when a fall is detected. If a fall is detected, the Console will contact your monitoring service provider. In addition, you can use the Pendant to manually initiate a call for help by pressing the Pendant’s Help Button. The Pendant is small, lightweight, and water-resistant, and is supplied with an adjustable breakaway release lanyard intended for safe and comfortable wear.
