The ET80-24MCWH-FW High-candela Speaker Strobe meets the critical needs of the life safety industry for voice and tone signaling. It has a vandal-resistant die-cast grill, a sealed-back speaker, and a Lexan lens for extra protection. The high-efficiency speaker is designed for maximum output at a minimum wattage across a frequency range of 400 Hz to 4 kHz. It covers both 25 V and 75 V audio systems with a series of wattage taps from 0.125 W to 8 W. When used with the SM (single) or DSM (dual) synchronization modules, the strobe produces a synchronized strobe flash for compliance with ADA guidelines concerning photosensitive epilepsy. All strobe input is compatible with standard reverse polarity supervision of circuit wiring by a fire alarm control panel (FACP).
