Return Policy

At CCTV Video, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service, and this commitment extends to our return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our support team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions for a seamless return process. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returns are permitted within 45 days from the date you received the merchandise.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and will reflect the value of the returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Special order items, including large order quantities or specially priced quotes.
  • Products and software if the manufacturer’s seal is broken.
  • Software license keys.
  • Covert cameras and counter-surveillance equipment.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All returns must be completed within 45 days from the receipt of merchandise.
  • An RMA number is required for all returns; otherwise, they will be rejected.
  • Items returned within the first 15 days with an RMA number may avoid a restocking fee, subject to inspection. Returns between 16 and 45 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original box, packing materials, documentation, and accessories.
  • Use a shipping carton or postal bag for returns, not just the manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Do not apply stickers or shipping labels directly onto the manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Clearly display the RMA number on the outer box to facilitate a smooth return process.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a tracked and insured ground service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.
  • Ensure no personal data or belongings remain with the products being returned.
  • Defective items may be eligible for repair. If defects are found after 45 days, the product may be returned for warranty repair or replacement, which can take 6-8 weeks.
  • CCTV Video is not liable for damages resulting from the sale, installation, or misuse of products. Our responsibility is limited to the merchandise’s monetary value.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the product condition or non-compliance with return criteria.
