Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to orders under 39 pounds delivered to street addresses within the contiguous United States. The shipping method utilized will be the most economical between UPS Ground Service, with a delivery time of 1-6 business days, or USPS Priority Mail, which delivers within 1-4 business days. Should you opt for a different service that is not the least expensive, you may select it at checkout. Free shipping is not available for orders to PO boxes, product totals under $100 after discounts, or shipments outside the lower 48 states. Certain coupon codes may not be eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing

Cctvvideo.com ensures an efficient order processing experience. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed during holidays or after 2:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day. Orders received on weekends or after 2:00 PM on Friday are sent out on Monday.

Additional Shipping Options

  • Orders Under $100: For delivery addresses within the contiguous United States, shipping charges are customized based on your address and the weight/dimensions of your items.

  • Express Shipping: Multiple express shipping choices are available and shown at checkout if they apply to your address. Costs are customized depending on your address, and the size and weight of your order. We do not mark up express shipping fees but pass on our volume discount directly to you.

  • Alaska and Hawaii: A list of available shipping methods will be provided at checkout, with charges based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

  • PO Boxes: Deliveries to PO boxes are made via USPS Priority Mail with charges adjusted for weight and dimensions. Choose “Priority Mail” at checkout.

  • APO/FPO Addresses: Deliveries are made through insured Priority Mail, with the charges shown at checkout based on the order’s weight/dimensions. While delivery times to military addresses cannot be guaranteed, it typically takes 1-3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 7-14 days to final destinations, depending on location.

All purchases under Net 30 terms must be completed by wire transfer, check, or money order. Credit cards are not accepted unless a 3% transaction fee is paid. Special and custom orders are non-returnable, and shipments may sometimes be made via UPS freight on pallets. International customers bear responsibility for taxes and import duties.
