Sony is pleased to announce the introduction of its Real Shot Manager (RSM)Ö software series Version 4.0 and Network Video Recorder for use with the Sony IP cameras and the video server lines. RSM software V4.0 can be sold as a software license package or bundled with a Network Video Recorder. RSM V4.0 is equipped with Intelligent Motion Detection function, and 10 client software license comes with main RSM V4.0 and NVR product lines. The Real Shot Manager IP Monitoring Software, with its multi-camera monitoring/recording capability, offers a variety of convenient features that allows professionals in many fields such as security, industry, process and quality control, and retail to build a powerful multi-camera video monitoring system that runs over a computer network.
Building on this experience, Sony introduces the Real Shot Manager V4.0, the next generation of RSM (Real Shot Manager) software with enhanced functionality, system scalability and flexibility. The advantage of the RSM application is its wide range of feature-rich functions – including an intuitive user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface), flexible recording/playback capability, dynamic masking and activity detection functions, Pan/Tilt/Zoom into recorded images, and more. In addition to its sophisticated monitoring functions, the RSM software allows users to configure a highly scalable system in which virtually unlimited number of cameras can be remotely controlled and monitored from anywhere in the world.
