The VX-402R is a battery operated motion detector from Optex which is a passive outdoor device ideal for the stability and reliability required for a PIR sensor used in an outdoor area. The VX-402R motion detector comes with dual PIR detectors, a unique design, false alarms operation, and an upper and lowers dual detection area. The VX-402R motion sensor also features a 100lb pet immunity, an IP54 weatherproof rating, a tamper switch-form C, plus a 12m distance range, and a 90° wide angle range. This quality detector is perfect for locations with moving objects as it offers a design where the length of the battery operated detector can be set to avoid detecting unwanted objects in the detection range so that it limits problems with false alarms.
