Alpha KBS3-4 4 Wire QwikBUS Camera Adapter

The KBS3-4 from Alpha is a 4 wire QwikBUS camera adapter. It is required per video camera other than the standard str qwikbus type camera. The Alpha KBS3-4 coax camera to digital video converter unit is used only with the S.T.R. 4-wire QwikBUS series video-intercom systems, when a customer wishes to use their own separate CCTV camera and camera power supply.

The KBS3-4 is used to convert the video data signal from customer’s camera’s conventional NTSC coax signal, to a digital signal to be sent to the 4-wire QwikBUS video monitor(s). The KBS3-4 gets its power from the TT33-2 speaker/microphone module and does not require a separate power supply. Each camera connected to the QwikBUS™ series video-intercom system, requires its own separate power supply (provided by the installer).
