Axis 5801-141 A9801 Security Relay

AXIS A9801 Security Relay is installed on the safe side of any door controlled by an Axis video door station. It improves door security by eliminating the possibility for ungranted access. If an intruder tries to dismount or vandalize the Axis door stations, the built-in tampering detectors will trigger the security relay to cut the connection to the door strike and keep the door locked. To return to normal function, simply press the AXIS A9801 reset button. Small size allows for easy and neat installation in most standard installation boxes. AXIS A9801 Security Relay also acts as a power transformer. The 12 V output from a door station can be doubled, making it possible to control 24 V locks, without the need for extra wiring or power supply.
