The NEAR LB6TW speaker is elegantly designed, rugged to the extreme and a snap to install. The LB6 employs a NEAR exclusive “lever bracket” mount combined with a perfect-fit, totally waterproof input connector. This mounting system minimizes installation effort and reduces “ladder time” to improve installation safety. The LB6 utilizes MDT/MLS woofers with 1” titanium inverted dome tweeters for timbre consistency across the range to allow for complete system design flexibility. The LB6 enclosure is color-through, micaloaded polypropylene with color-matched stainless steel grille. Water-shedding and dust-protecting hydrophobic fabric prevents ingress of fine debris. The LB Series speakers quickly and easily slide into slots in the clamp module, with knobs and bracket preattached to the speaker. The knobs are also oversized for easier grip and better control during installation. The speaker assembly comes with a pre-terminated waterproof plug-in connector that makes installation a breeze.
