ETS SM2 Single Channel Interface Adapter Kit – Overview

The ETS SM2 is the base station and audio interface box for ETS’s “SM” series of surveillance microphones. The purpose of the box is to feed power to the microphone as well as convert the audio from 2 wires into an RCA connection that is ready to be used with most CCTV DVRs and televisions. 22/2 cable is the manufacturers requirement for cable between the microphone and the SM2. The red will connect with the positive terminal, the black to the audio terminal and the shield will connect to the negative terminal. The same will happen on the microphone side. The kit consists of the box itself along with a 12VDC plug in power supply and an RCA(M) to RCA(M) cable that will plug into a DVR, Speaker, or Television.
