The 801E-606 from HES is a faceplate with extended lip for 8000/8300 series in satin brass finish. The 8000/8300 series faceplate is perfectly designed for use with extended lip for “knock-down” style frame installations and cylindrical latchbolts up to 5/8″ throw. Its operation is such that after releasing the latchbolt, the keeper returns to the locked position. The 801E series faceplate is to customize the functionality of the 8000 series electric strike and the 8300 series electric strike.
