The HTD-612 from HES is a faceplate for 1006 series in satin bronze finish. The 1006 series faceplate is perfectly designed for use with Mortise locksets with a 1″ deadbolt and a center-lined deadlatch. Also the Strike will not release when deadbolt is extended. Its operation is such that the electric strike will not release if the deadbolt is extended. The deadbolt is retracted during traffic hours and the latchbolt is retracted by the keeper, whereas the keeper returns to the locked position. The HTD Series faceplate is to customize the functionality of the 1006 series electric strike.
