The ND-605 from HES is a faceplate for the 1006 series in bright brass finish. The 1006 series faceplate is perfectly designed for use with mortise locksets where the deadbolt is used for night-latch function only. Its operation is such that the latchbolt is released by the keeper and the keeper returns to the locked position. Also, the deadbolt is retracted during traffic hours. The ND series faceplate is designed to customize the functionality of the 1006 series electric strike.
