The RVS-5500-02 from RVS Systems is a MobileMule 5500 which is a highly functional mobile DVR designed for on-board vehicle recording. It has four ports to record up to four cameras simultaneously and an ethernet port to connect a forward facing IP camera. The MobileMule 5500 comes with GPS which gives you the option of recording the location and driving route together with the video footage. The DVR can be connected to a monitor so that you can view the cameras in real time in addition to recording them and allows you to view each camera independently or all together in a split view. The footage records onto two SD cards each with a 128gb capacity giving you a total of 256GB of storage capability. With a solid and compact build, the MobileMule 5500 is vibration-proof, installation-friendly and combines powerful functions together with a stable performance.
Select the GPS+WiFi option to upgrade to live video remote viewing. This allows the DVR to connect to a WiFi hotspot in your vehicle. The model is compatible with jetpacks from all major carriers. The GPS+WiFi+4G option allows the user to use a SIM Card for live remote viewing. This model can also be connected to a WiFi hotspot.
The DVR comes with 7″ LED Digital Panel Color Monitor with a Super Sharp Digital Display and a pixel resolution of 800 X 3 (RGB) X 480. The distance grid lines that come standard with this monitor can be turned on or off. It has built-in speakers and with RCA inputs can display any camera with RCA connections.
